Senior Estimator Waterproofing/Masonry

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for the following

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for waterproofing and masonry projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project details and scope.
• Research and source material and labor costs to provide competitive and precise estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to maintain budget integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials relevant to waterproofing and masonry.
