Senior Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate budget development.
• Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project needs.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Monitor and adjust estimates throughout the project lifecycle to align with changes or unforeseen conditions.
• Prepare and present estimation reports to stakeholders for approval and decision-making.
