Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and budgets.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate cost overruns.
  • Review and update estimates as project plans evolve.
  • Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to gather accurate pricing information.
  • Provide support during bidding processes and present cost evaluations to clients.
  • Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.
