Seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts across a diverse portfolio of commercial developments throughout Florida. This role will partner closely with clients and internal leadership to drive budgeting, planning, and project success from concept through completion.

Job Description

* Develop conceptual estimates, budgets, and cost plans for commercial projects

* Lead projects through the preconstruction process from early budgeting to turnover

* Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

* Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid evaluations

* Support negotiated opportunities and contribute to strategic project pursuits

The Successful Applicant

* Strong estimating and preconstruction experience within commercial construction

* Experience across multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, or similar project types

* Proven ability to take projects from concept through completion

* Client-facing communication skills and relationship-building capability

* Stable career history with strong tenure and knowledge of Florida construction markets
