Known for self-performing the majority of its work, the organization maintains exceptional control over safety, quality, schedules, and project costs.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Estimator, you will:Prepare detailed estimates for environmental remediation and heavy civil construction projectsAnalyze plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documentsDevelop accurate takeoffs, pricing strategies, and cost modelsEstimate projects involving contaminated soil excavation and environmental cleanupPrice large-scale excavation, earthwork, grading, and site development scopesEvaluate in-situ stabilization, soil treatment, sheet piling, shoring, and support of excavation systemsSupport estimating efforts on renewable energy and solar-related civil projectsCollaborate with operations teams to develop competitive and executable project budgetsReview subcontractor and supplier proposalsIdentify project risks and opportunities during the bid processImprove estimating documentation, reporting, and cost transparencyAssist leadership with pricing strategy and project pursuit decisionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
