Job Description



Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Director include:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a manufacturing and production company in Boston, MA.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Oversee financial controls, compliance, and operational performance analysis.
  • Develop and mentor the finance team while providing key business insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant



The successful Senior Finance Director is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within the manufacturing and production industry.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in or willing to work in Boston, MA.
