Job Description

  • Lead superintendent and field operations teams across multiple projects
  • Manage manpower planning, workforce allocation, and scheduling activities
  • Recruit, interview, mentor, and develop field leadership personnel
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety, quality, and production goals
  • Support commercial drywall, metal framing, and ceiling projects throughout the region

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior General Superintendent - Commercial Interiors should have:

  • 10+ years of commercial walls and ceilings construction experience
  • 5+ years in a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent role
  • Experience with drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling systems
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Degree preferred, though equivalent industry leadership experience will be considered
