Senior Investments Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate, Investments & Development to support investment, development, and asset management initiatives across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role offers significant visibility into acquisitions, underwriting, development projects, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives, making it an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded real estate professional looking to take ownership of projects and accelerate their career on the principal side. You will report to the Head of Investments and play a key role in evaluating, executing, and managing investments and development opportunities across the portfolio.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate development, acquisition, disposition, and joint venture opportunities.
• Support asset management initiatives through portfolio analysis, performance tracking, business planning, and investment recommendations.
• Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist with due diligence, underwriting, investment memos, financial analysis, and transaction execution.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, consultants, lenders, public agencies, and third-party stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Support development and capital markets initiatives, including budgeting, project evaluation, reporting, and financial forecasting.
• Lead select projects independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
