Senior IT Services Specialist

• Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliable performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization.
• Implement and oversee IT service management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align IT services with business objectives.
• Monitor and improve IT security measures to protect company data.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related projects and services.
• Document IT processes and create user guides for internal staff.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
