With rapid global expansion, viral product success, and a growing presence across leading retail channels, the organization is positioned as a disruptive force at the intersection of luxury, accessibility, and self-expression.Job DescriptionRegulatory Strategy & Compliance: Develop and manage the regulatory strategy across product categories; interpret and apply global regulations (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, Health Canada).Product Registration & Submissions: Oversee product dossiers, notifications, and registrations across multiple markets; coordinate with external regulatory partners and stakeholders as needed.Safety & Vigilance: Manage safety assessments and adverse event reporting processes in line with regulatory expectations.Audits & Inspections: Lead internal audits and support third-party or regulatory inspections; ensure timely resolution of findings.Labeling & Artwork Review: Approve labeling and packaging to ensure compliance with regional requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams to integrate regulatory considerations into product development.Regulatory Intelligence: Track evolving global regulations and communicate potential business impacts.EPR & Sustainability: Oversee extended producer responsibility obligations and support sustainability initiatives related to packaging and compliance.Quality Systems Management: Maintain and improve quality management systems, processes, and documentation.Supplier & Manufacturer Oversight: Act as the quality lead with external manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure adherence to standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
