The company promotes a values-driven culture centered around collaboration, customer focus, integrity, safety, respect, and excellence, creating an environment where employees are empowered to develop professionally and make meaningful contributions.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Head of NAM Engineering, you will be responsible for the following:Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.Lead automation and manufacturing engineering projects to support production growth and operational excellence.Collaborate with global engineering and manufacturing teams to standardize equipment, tooling, fixtures, and processes across sites.Develop, justify, and execute capital expenditure projects to support facility expansion and manufacturing capability enhancements.Analyze manufacturing processes and implement solutions that reduce waste, rework, scrap, and process variation.Design and improve assembly equipment with a focus on ergonomics, safety, reliability, and performance.Support new product introduction activities to ensure manufacturing processes are scalable, robust, and cost effective.Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and production processes, providing technical leadership and root cause analysis.Specify, source, and implement tools, gauges, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.Lead corrective action activities and support resolution of production issues, customer concerns, and supplier-related challenges.Manage engineering change processes and ensure manufacturing documentation remains accurate and compliant.Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and visual process documentation.Promote compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements across manufacturing operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
