Employees benefit from working alongside experienced engineers and industry experts, contributing to projects that require meticulous attention to detail and high engineering standards.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Director of Production, you will be responsible for the following:Lead and manage manufacturing process development and continuous improvement initiativesDesign, develop and implement tooling, fixtures and production solutions for complex assembliesDrive process optimization to enhance product quality, efficiency and cost performanceCreate and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures and technical documentationCollaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, supply chain, production and program teamsSupport production teams with technical guidance, training and troubleshooting expertisePlan and coordinate manufacturing activities in line with production schedules and resource constraintsImplement and promote statistical process control methods to ensure consistent product qualityAnalyze process capability and identify opportunities to improve control, repeatability and performanceSpecify and source equipment, tooling and materials required to support manufacturing operationsContribute to long-term process improvement strategies aligned to business goalsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
