This is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing programs that push the boundaries of engineering excellence, precision, and reliability.Job DescriptionLead manufacturing process development and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Design, develop, and optimize tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing solutions that improve product quality, throughput, and repeatability.Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to production personnel and supervisors.Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation.Implement process improvements that enhance cost, quality, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.Partner with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing requirements and drive effective process changes.Coordinate manufacturing development activities with production scheduling and operational priorities.Establish and maintain process controls, including statistical process control (SPC) methods where appropriate.Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts.Identify, specify, and procure manufacturing equipment, tooling, and materials that support operational goals.Evaluate opportunities for automation, equipment upgrades, and process optimization.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
