This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization where engineering excellence, quality, and operational performance are highly valued.Job DescriptionDevelop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase yield, reduce waste, improve quality, and optimize production performance.Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement corrective actions to resolve process and production challenges.Mentor and support production personnel to drive consistency, quality, and operational excellence.Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and waste reduction.Specify, assess, and maintain manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures to ensure reliable operation and safe performance.Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical reports.Partner with engineering, quality, research, and production teams to support new product launches and manufacturing scale-up activities.Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality management systems, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.Conduct risk assessments and support safety initiatives across manufacturing operations.Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to improve process capability and product quality.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
