This is a highly visible, hands on engineering role where you will be responsible for introducing new manufacturing technologies and improving existing processes across drawing, heat treating, finishing, and related operations.

Job Description

  • Establishing and scaling manufacturing capacity for Nitinol tube and wire production
  • Evaluating and improving existing processes to align with engineering intent
  • Driving yield improvement through process controls and data driven methodologies
  • Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Creating detailed technical documentation including work instructions and specifications
  • Supporting production readiness with flow charts, PFMEAs, and control plans
  • Applying statistical tools such as DOE, SPC, and capability analysis
  • Working closely with operators and production teams to implement Lean principles
  • Supporting machine validation and production ramp up activities
  • Acting as a technical resource for internal teams and customer related engineering issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer - CNC should have:

  • Proven expertise in CNC manufacturing within the life science industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with process optimization.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
