Job Description

  • Lead manufacturing process improvement initiatives
  • Drive automation and capital equipment projects
  • Optimize production workflows and plant layout
  • Analyze manufacturing data and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation
  • Support new product introduction efforts
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical personnel
  • Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues
  • Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience with automation and capital projects
  • CAD experience preferred
  • Project management experience strongly preferred
