Job Description

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

  • Design of custom equipment across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Seeing projects through the full lifecyle
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems are integrated seamlessly into the production process
  • Test and troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment to ensure that they are operating efficiently and safely
  • Maintain documentation and records related to the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the design of automated or material handling equipment.
  • Expert in 3D modeling using SolidWorks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
