Job Description

Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for front-office trading applications.

* Partner with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-driven solutions.

* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

* Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and application specifications.

* Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve system performance and reliability.

* Collaborate with global technology teams supporting electronic trading, booking, pricing, and reporting solutions across fixed income products.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of professional software development experience.

* Strong expertise in C#/.NET development.

* Experience working within Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and tools such as JIRA.

* Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience supporting front-office trading environments.

* Knowledge of fixed income products, interest rate derivatives, trading workflows, and risk management processes.

* Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York.

* Hybrid work schedule: 3 days per week in the office.
