Senior PM / Project Executive - Newton, MA

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost controls.
• Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project execution and profitability.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control standards are upheld at every stage of the project.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
