Job Description

      • Lead allpreconstruction and estimating activities from concept through contract award
      • Develop conceptual estimates, budgets, and detailed cost analyses
      • Manage bid solicitations, subcontractor relationships, and procurement efforts
      • Conduct value engineering reviews and cost-saving recommendations
      • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions
      • Assist in proposal development and client presentations
      • Support business development and project pursuit efforts

The Successful Applicant

    • 5+ years of commercial constructionpreconstruction or estimating experience
    • Experience working on ground-up projects valued at $15M+
    • Strong understanding of conceptual estimating, budgeting, and value engineering
    • Proficiency with Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
