Senior Preconstruction Manager - Denver

• Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and review project scopes, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for construction projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
