Job Description

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and preconstruction plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope and requirements.
  • Lead cost estimating efforts to ensure accurate and competitive project bids.
  • Oversee value engineering processes to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Review and analyze design documents for constructability and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align preconstruction activities with company goals.
  • Manage preconstruction timelines to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
