Job Description

  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes
  • Lead process optimization and cost reduction projects
  • Analyze production data and KPI trends
  • Support automation and capital equipment initiatives
  • Troubleshoot production challenges
  • Partner with quality, maintenance, and operations teams
  • Improve throughput and operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Process Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience
  • Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
