They offer a collaborative environment where engineers have the opportunity to influence production performance, drive meaningful change, and advance their careers.Job DescriptionLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, downtime, and manufacturing costs.Provide advanced technical support to production teams and resolve complex process and equipment issues.Drive process optimization efforts to improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and productivity.Manage engineering projects including equipment upgrades, capital improvements, and process development activities.Partner closely with Operations, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions.Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions.Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities related to quality concerns, customer issues, and process deviations.Support new product introductions by facilitating successful transfers from R&D into full-scale production.Collaborate with suppliers on material qualifications, performance improvements, and cost reduction opportunities.Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on new processes, procedures, and best practices.Champion environmental, safety, and quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
