Employees enjoy a collaborative environment where engineering-driven solutions, innovation, and operational excellence directly influence business success.Job DescriptionLead and optimize extrusion and plastics compounding processes to improve safety, quality, and productivity.Troubleshoot process, equipment, and material issues to drive sustainable manufacturing improvements.Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.Support equipment startup, commissioning, validation, and qualification activities.Lead scale-up trials, qualification runs, and commercialization efforts for new products.Develop and maintain SOPs, process specifications, PFMEAs, and control plans.Manage capital projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute operational improvements on time and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
