The company also prioritizes long-term sustainability and professional development, offering clear pathways for technical growth.Job DescriptionLead initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing processes.Design and implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new systems.Manage full project lifecycles including planning, testing, validation, and implementation.Drive OEE improvements through process control, training, and standardisation.Collaborate with technical and operations teams on equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).Analyse production data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.Support and improve preventive maintenance strategies and execution.Lead cost reduction programmes including automation and process optimisation.Ensure effective change management, documentation, and compliance with internal standards.Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints and corrective actions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
