Job Description

  • Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing processes.
  • Design and implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new systems.
  • Manage full project lifecycles including planning, testing, validation, and implementation.
  • Drive OEE improvements through process control, training, and standardisation.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams on equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Analyse production data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support and improve preventive maintenance strategies and execution.
  • Lead cost reduction programmes including automation and process optimisation.
  • Ensure effective change management, documentation, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints and corrective actions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a process engineering or similar manufacturing role.
  • Strong technical expertise in pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC programming.
  • Proven project management experience delivering measurable results.
  • Experience with data systems, networked equipment, and vision/monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, QSR, and ISO 13485 environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, including statistical process control and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
