Employees are given the opportunity to work on sophisticated products, utilize advanced testing and analysis equipment, and play an instrumental role in delivering reliable solutions to customers around the world.Job DescriptionReporting into the Manager of Product Engineering, you will be responsible for the following: Lead technical investigations related to quality, reliability, manufacturing yield, testing performance, and customer-reported issues.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.Manage technical requirements for new product introductions by reviewing customer specifications and defining production and qualification strategies.Lead and support NPI projects from concept through manufacturing.Develop, review, approve, and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, reports, and datasheets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, cost performance, and test yields.Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers across a range of semiconductor products and services.Conduct product evaluations using laboratory equipment, including semiconductor hardware and oscilloscopes.Perform product characterization, failure analysis coordination, yield analysis, and hardware debugging activities.Translate customer requirements into test, assembly, and manufacturing specifications.Drive qualification activities at both device and package levels.Track technical project progress and associated development costs.Support testing, programming, and manufacturing operations as required.Recommend and implement process improvements based on performance trends and manufacturing dataMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
