MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience within an industrial, aerospace, plastics, polymer, medical device, or engineered products manufacturing environment.Proven experience managing supervisors, operators, assemblers, production associates, or other hands-on manufacturing labor teams.Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality Systems (QS), Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance.Strong understanding of production scheduling, workforce planning, labor management, and manufacturing KPIs.Experience driving productivity improvements, process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational performance metrics.Background in labor-intensive manufacturing environments where manual production, assembly, fabrication, molding, extrusion, or similar manufacturing processes are performed.Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.Preferred ExperienceIndustrial manufacturingPolymer or plastics manufacturingInjection molding, extrusion, converting, or engineered materialsAerospace or advanced manufacturing environmentsLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologiesWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 annually.3 weeks of paid time off (PTO).13 paid holidays and 5 sick days annually.401(k) retirement plan with a 3.5% company match.Interested?
