Job Description

This Senior Program Manager will be:

  • Leading cross-functional program execution teams
  • Managing program cost, quality, and delivery metrics
  • Acting as primary customer contact for all requests
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
  • Coordinating new product introductions and changes
  • Monitoring schedules, risks, and performance metrics
  • Driving continuous improvement and corrective actions
  • Supporting quoting, pricing, and contract alignment
  • Conducting meetings and tracking action items
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO and quality standards
  • Collaborating with sales, finance, and operations
  • Mentoring team members and supporting staffing

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Program Manager will have:

  • 8+ years program management in electronics manufacturing
  • Experience in aerospace or high-reliability industries
  • Strong leadership and customer-facing skills
  • Knowledge of SMT or high-volume manufacturing
  • Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred)
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • ITAR eligibility required
