MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Project Manager should have:Proven experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $20M and $50M+.Strong background delivering projects within sectors such as K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, municipal, commercial, office, multifamily, judicial, or industrial construction.Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle including preconstruction, buyout, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.Experience leading client-facing relationships and managing project financial performance.Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing project teams.Proficiency with construction management technologies including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6.Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with executive leadership.Must be based in or willing to work within the Charlotte, NC area.What's on Offer$130,000 - $170,000 Base SalaryVehicle AllowanceAnnual Performance Bonus401(k) MatchMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePTO & Paid HolidaysLife InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability CoverageCompany Technology PackageRelocation Assistance (where applicable)Interested?
