Job Description

* Manage multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from award to closeout.

* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications.

* Prepare change orders, project documentation, and progress reporting.

* Conduct regular site visits and partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful execution.

* Support preconstruction activities, proposals, planning, and project strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

* 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.

* Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects.

* Ability to thrive in fast-paced projects with compressed schedules.

* Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

* Stable career history with a commitment to long-term growth.
