Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably healthcare.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide project teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
