Job Description

Our Construction Senior Project Manager will:

  • Provide overall project leadership from preconstruction through final turnover, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are met
  • Lead preconstruction activities including budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, and subcontractor procurement
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, cash flow projections, and project execution plans
  • Oversee and coordinate Superintendents and field teams to ensure efficient site operations and alignment with project goals
  • Manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to brand standards, and compliance with contract requirements
  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative, working directly with ownership groups, developers, architects, and brand representatives
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues related to scope, schedule, budget, and constructability
  • Review and manage contracts, change orders, and pay applications to ensure accurate cost control and profitability
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, local codes, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA guidelines
  • Drive performance on fast-paced hospitality projects, including interior build-outs, phased renovations, and occupied hotel environments
  • Maintain clear project documentation, including progress reports, financial tracking, and executive-level updates

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior Project Manager will:

  • 7-10+ years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or high‑end interior project experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership of project teams, including Superintendents and PM staff
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor buyout
  • Experience managing fast‑paced, quality‑driven projects
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial and cost-control acumen
  • OSHA certification preferred
