With a reputation as a top builder in the region, they offer a collaborative environment and consistent project pipeline that supports long-term career growth.Job DescriptionOur Construction Senior Project Manager will:Provide overall project leadership from preconstruction through final turnover, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are metLead preconstruction activities including budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, and subcontractor procurementDevelop and manage detailed project schedules, cash flow projections, and project execution plansOversee and coordinate Superintendents and field teams to ensure efficient site operations and alignment with project goalsManage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to brand standards, and compliance with contract requirementsServe as the primary client-facing representative, working directly with ownership groups, developers, architects, and brand representativesProactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues related to scope, schedule, budget, and constructabilityReview and manage contracts, change orders, and pay applications to ensure accurate cost control and profitabilityEnsure all projects comply with safety standards, local codes, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA guidelinesDrive performance on fast-paced hospitality projects, including interior build-outs, phased renovations, and occupied hotel environmentsMaintain clear project documentation, including progress reports, financial tracking, and executive-level updatesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
