Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction

• Manage all phases of industrial construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing any challenges or changes in scope.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in construction operations.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders and internal management.
