Job Description

* Manage multiple redevelopment, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects from planning through completion.

* Lead budgeting, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project financial tracking.

* Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

* Identify risks, solve project challenges, and maintain project schedules and budgets.

* Communicate project progress directly with executive leadership and ownership teams.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience managing commercial and/or industrial construction projects.

* Design-build and redevelopment experience strongly preferred.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

* Organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

$120,000 - $135,000 base salary + 10-20% bonus + vehicle allowance

* $500-$700/month vehicle allowance, strong healthcare coverage, and 401(k) with company contribution.
