Job Description

  • Lead $10M-$20M+ construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are achieved
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery
  • Direct project teams, mentor staff, and oversee performance, development, and resource allocation
  • Drive contract administration, financial reporting, forecasting, and project controls using Procore
  • Collaborate with field operations and executive leadership to successfully deliver complex commercial work

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Degree, college certificate, or equivalent combination of construction education and experience
  • Proven experience leading commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of project financials, contracts, scheduling, and risk management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software platforms
  • Experience with education, industrial, multifamily, or affordable housing projects preferred
