This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical judgement, contractor management expertise and a commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence.Manage multiple capital projects ranging from facility upgrades through to major expansion initiatives.Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, specifications and risk assessments.Lead engineering, procurement and construction activities through project execution and commissioning.Manage external contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.Establish and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes throughout project delivery.Coordinate permitting and regulatory requirements with applicable authorities.Deliver detailed project reporting, documentation and handover packages to operations and maintenance teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
