Job Description

The Senior Property Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and take full ownership of a diverse industrial portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance and tenant satisfaction.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across warehouses, distribution centres, and flex/manufacturing assets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, managing communications, service requests, and issue resolution
  • Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, lease obligations, and company policies
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial reporting
  • Lead vendor management, negotiate service contracts, and oversee preventative maintenance programmes
  • Manage capital improvement projects, including procurement, scheduling, and budget control
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leasing, asset management, construction, and ownership teams to execute value-add strategies

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Property Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing industrial or logistics property portfolios
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Experience overseeing multi-site operations and capital projects
  • Excellent tenant-facing skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI or similar)
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively
  • A hands-on mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
