They offer a supportive and collaborative culture where employees are empowered to make meaningful contributions while developing their careers.Job DescriptionServe as the organization's subject matter expert for CMM programming, metrology, and advanced measurement technologies, developing and optimizing inspection solutions using PC-DMIS and other measurement systems.Drive inspection process improvements by identifying workflow inefficiencies, implementing automation strategies, and enhancing throughput, consistency, and repeatability.Develop, validate, and maintain robust measurement systems and inspection methods for new and existing products, including CMM, optical, and advanced metrology equipment.Lead statistical analysis and measurement validation activities, including MSA, Gauge R&R, capability studies, and data-driven inspection strategies.Partner with quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support product launches, process investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, and metrology training programs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
