They offer employees the opportunity to work on advanced technologies in a collaborative environment that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionMonitor and improve supplier, subcontractor, and internal product quality performance.Lead and support ISO quality management initiatives, including internal audits.Manage corrective and preventive action programs, ensuring effective issue resolution.Partner with suppliers to investigate quality concerns and implement sustainable corrective actions.Track supplier change notifications and support supplier quality management programs.Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and reporting systems.Collaborate with reliability and failure analysis teams to drive product improvement efforts.Support continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing quality and operational excellence.Perform technical inspections, testing, and measurement activities as needed.Work cross-functionally to drive quality initiatives from concept through completion.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
