They offer a collaborative and fast-paced environment where quality, precision, and continuous improvement are central to their success.Job Description* Lead internal quality system initiatives including ISO compliance and audit readiness* Drive CAPA processes, including SCARs, PCARs, NCMRs, and audit findings to closure* Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively* Track and manage supplier PCNs as part of ongoing quality and performance monitoring* Maintain accurate and organized quality documentation and historical records* Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams to support investigations and improvements* Conduct product inspections and perform physical/electrical measurements when needed* Support cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across the product lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
