The organization offers a collaborative environment, strong leadership support, and opportunities to make a measurable impact on quality and business performance.Job DescriptionLead the Escape Management Process by investigating quality escapes, identifying systemic root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams through structured problem-solving activities to resolve quality issues and improve organizational performance.Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive effective communication and quality outcomes.Manage and track Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), ensuring timely resolution and closure.Develop, analyze, and present key quality metrics and performance indicators to management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality data, trends, and KPI analysis.Provide technical quality support to manufacturing and operational teams.Investigate hardware, assembly, and process-related quality concerns while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.Partner with various departments to communicate product status, quality risks, and corrective action progress.Manage Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including documentation and disposition processes.Support enterprise-wide quality improvement projects and special initiatives as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
