Job Description

  • Lead all quality activities across a regulated medical manufacturing facility.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, metrology personnel, and document control professionals.
  • Partner with operations leadership to improve quality performance and strengthen manufacturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a key member of the site leadership team and provide strategic quality direction.
  • Support the ongoing development of quality systems, procedures, and performance metrics throughout the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Quality Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality management systems within regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Contract Manufacturing experience
  • Previous experience leading quality programs within medical device manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience supporting thermoplastic injection molding operations.
  • Proven people leadership experience with responsibility for developing technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, project management, and change leadership capabilities.
