Recognized for its expertise in advanced metal forming technologies, the organization has achieved consistent growth in recent years and continues to strengthen its position as a leading supplier of precision metal components.Job DescriptionConduct internal, customer, and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with ISO, IATF, AS, and other applicable standards.Manage document control processes, create training materials, and promote adherence to documentation best practices.Review, update, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation, including customer satisfaction reporting.Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities, corrective action reviews, management review meetings, and monthly management reporting.Partner with Quality Management to drive key continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Maintain current knowledge of applicable government regulations and industry requirements.Monitor and verify departmental performance against established quality metrics and objectives.Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior leadership.Evaluate and ensure supplier compliance with company quality standards and expectations.Serve as a resource for Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) initiatives, inquiries, and process improvements across all departments.Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
