With a culture built on innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement, the organization provides engineers the opportunity to solve complex challenges and make a measurable impact on cutting-edge products.Job DescriptionLead reliability engineering activities supporting new product development and sustaining products throughout their lifecycle.Develop and execute reliability plans, qualification strategies, DFMEAs, reliability growth programs, and accelerated life testing protocols.Partner with engineering teams during design reviews to integrate Design for Reliability methodologies into product development processes.Create system reliability models and perform thermo-mechanical analysis to assess product performance and risk.Analyze reliability and field performance data to identify trends and recommend product improvements.Lead failure analysis investigations and drive corrective actions that improve product reliability and quality.Develop statistical reliability reports and forecast key performance metrics including MTBF and availability.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product support, and field service teams to ensure reliability objectives are achieved.Evaluate engineering changes and assess potential impacts to product reliability.Travel to customer and supplier locations globally as needed to support reliability initiatives and product performance improvements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
