They are growing with purpose and are committed to extending connectivity in ways that truly make a difference.Job DescriptionLead antenna design from concept through production, including patch, dipole, array, helical, and custom solutionsRun advanced electromagnetic simulations and optimization using HFSS to drive performance and reliabilityOwn prototype testing and validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambersWork closely with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are robust, practical, and ready to buildTroubleshoot and resolve complex RF performance and integration issues through structured root‑cause analysisMentor junior engineers, providing hands‑on guidance in simulation, testing, and design reviewsTrack emerging antenna technologies and materials, and apply them to new and existing productsProduce clear technical documentation, design reports, and customer‑facing presentationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
