Job Description

* Lead field operations, project schedules, and labor management from groundbreaking through completion.

* Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

* Develop short-interval schedules and manage manpower planning and jobsite logistics.

* Drive safety, quality control, and project performance throughout construction activities.

* Mentor field staff while maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and project teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 7+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.

* Experience delivering K-12, healthcare, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or large commercial projects.

* Strong scheduling, field coordination, and subcontractor management capabilities.

* Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop project teams.

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred but not required.
