Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities for a $70M industrial tilt-wall project
  • Manage project schedule, subcontractors, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate daily site operations and resolve field issues proactively
  • Partner with project leadership to drive budget and timeline performance
  • Travel full-time to the project location and oversee delivery through completion

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as Lead Superintendent on large industrial projects
  • Strong background delivering tilt-wall construction projects
  • Stable career history.
  • Able to provide a detailed project list with project values and scope
  • Willing to travel full-time and start on an accelerated timeline

  • Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
  • $1,200/month vehicle allowance plus fuel card
  • 401(k) match up to 5% and annual bonus target of 15%
