Job Description

  • Lead ground-up projects across light industrial, higher education, and municipal construction
  • Manage projects from site mobilization through final turnover
  • Oversee field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, quality, and logistics
  • Partner closely with Project Management and executive leadership
  • Serve as the primary field leader while maintaining strong relationships with owners and project stakeholders
  • Remain local to the Atlanta market while working across a diverse project portfolio

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
  • Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
  • Experience within light industrial, higher education, municipal, or similar commercial projects
  • Ability to independently lead complex projects from start to finish
  • Strong subcontractor management, scheduling, and communication skills
  • Based in or within commuting distance of Metro Atlanta
