Job Description

  • Lead all field operations for a $26M ground-up hospitality project in Charlotte
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and site logistics
  • Supervise and mentor an Assistant Superintendent on-site
  • Coordinate closely with Project Management and ownership teams
  • Drive successful project delivery from mobilization through completion

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Experience leading ground-up projects valued at $20M+
  • Hospitality, multifamily, commercial, or institutional project experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
